These General Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Site. The Customer acknowledges having read them, at the time of placing the order, and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

In the event of modification, the General Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.

Order conditions
Orders placed on the Site are reserved for individuals and companies “end buyers”. The resale or distribution of products purchased on the Site is strictly prohibited.
To place an order on the Site, the customer must be of legal age, have legal capacity and hold a bank card.
Orders received will be accepted while stocks last.
The “double click” associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of all messages constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
Product availability
The products and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the Site, while stocks last. The information mentioned on each product sheet is given for information purposes only. The products offered comply with current French legislation and the standards applicable in France.
In the event of unavailability of an item noted after placing the order, CIMARRON JEANS will inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible, offering the Customer:Reservation of title
- Partial cancellation of the order
- Total cancellation of the order
Partial or total cancellation of the order results in a refund of the canceled item(s); in this case, CIMARRON JEANS re-credits the bank account or Paypal account which was used for the purchase within fourteen working days maximum.
CIMARRON JEANS incurs no liability in the event of out of stock or unavailability of products.
The photographs, texts, graphics, information and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. If errors appear, CIMARRON JEANS cannot be held responsible. CIMARRON JEANS reserves the right to modify them at any time and without notice.
Conditions d'inscription
Order confirmation requires the creation of a personal account on the site. This account is intended to save the billing and delivery information for said order and subsequent ones. The customer will be asked to create their own password for further use of this account. The customer undertakes to keep these identifiers confidential and never to communicate them to third parties. Consequently, any purchase made using these identifiers will be deemed to have been made by the customer holding these identifiers. Order confirmation
The data recorded by CIMARRON JEANS constitutes proof of all transactions between CIMARRON JEANS and the customer. The contractual information is presented in French or according to the language chosen (English and Spanish) by the customer and will be confirmed by e-mail at the latest at the time of delivery.
The customer must verify the completeness and conformity of the information he provides to CIMARRON JEANS. The latter cannot be held responsible for possible entry errors and the consequences in terms of delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs incurred for reshipment will be the responsibility of the Customer.
Once validated, the order is transmitted to CIMARRON JEANS for processing. The customer can modify or cancel it only by contacting Customer Service by e-mail, before shipping the package.
The customer who has placed an order will be able to print their invoice by connecting to the site in the my order history area provided for this purpose.
CIMARRON JEANS reserves the right not to validate an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute for a previous order, or if CIMARRON JEANS reasonably considers that this customer has violated these General Conditions or that he has undertaken in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.
Proof of transaction
The order confirmation is recorded in the CIMARRON JEANS register, kept on a reliable and durable medium. The customer accepts that the order confirmation is considered proof of the contractual relations between the parties. The customer then has access to this document at any time, upon request made to info@cimarronjeans.fr
The customer can, via his customer account, find out about his past, current or recently shipped orders and manage and record information concerning him (postal address, telephone number, bank details).
The computerized records, kept in the computer systems of the company CIMARRON JEANS under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties. The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as proof.
Price
Prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs; it being specified that the value added tax is that in force on mainland French territory on the day the order is validated.
The prices applied are those communicated on the site and confirmed to the customer when validating the order.
CIMARRON JEANS reserves the right to modify the prices of the products offered on the site at any time and without notice. CIMARRON JEANS undertakes to apply the prices in effect at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date.
The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the products; it is added to the amount during the order process (see “Delivery method” section).
We inform you that in the event of display of an incorrect price, whatever the reason (computer problem, manual error, technical error), the order even validated by CIMARRON JEANS will be canceled, we will inform you within as fast as we can.
The customer will then be able, if he wishes, to re-place his order at the corrected and exact price.
Payment method
The price of the items purchased is payable in cash, in full on the day the order is placed by the customer. Payment is made online by credit card:
- Bank card (Carte bleu, Eurocard, MasterCard, American express, Visa)
- Paypal account
By means of validation by the customer at the time of payment.
CIMARRON JEANS also reserves the right to refuse to honor an order from a customer who has not paid a previous order (including partially) or with whom a payment dispute is being administered. Any payment will only be considered final after effective and complete collection of the sums due. The order is processed and shipped only after verification of the payment method and receipt of debit authorization from the bank card or Paypal account.
If an overdue payment is not made within three (3) weeks following the sending of the order confirmation despite one or more reminders by e-mail, CIMARRON JEANS is entitled to automatically declare the unilateral termination of the contract and to cancel the order. In the event of termination of the contract, CIMARRON JEANS is no longer obliged to deliver the ordered goods; no rights will arise from the contract for either party.
CIMARRON JEANS retains full ownership of the products sold until full receipt of all amounts owed by the Customer in connection with their order, including fees and taxes.
The transfer of ownership of a good purchased from CIMARRON JEANS by the customer to a third party will not be covered by CIMARRON JEANS. Only the original buyer of this property can claim access to the clauses of these General Conditions of Sale.
If certain items ordered are unavailable, the items concerned will be refunded.
Reservation of title
The products ordered remain the property of CIMARRON JEANS until all sums due for the CIMARRON JEANS account have been collected. The customer undertakes to assume the risks concerning the products delivered (in particular loss, theft or deterioration) on the actual delivery date.
Order preparation
The preparation time is not included in the delivery time. CIMARRON JEANS will deliver orders accompanied by a delivery note within a maximum period of ten working days for delivery to mainland France and twenty working days for delivery to any other territory, from the day following payment of the order. All orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the following day.
All orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed and validated the following business day.
Order preparation times may be exceptionally extended in the following cases: periods of peak activity (e.g. Christmas, sales), temporary stock shortages, force majeure. If for any other reason (except in the cases mentioned above) a delay in order preparation is observed, CIMARRON JEANS undertakes to reimburse the customer if no agreement is reached between the two parties, within a maximum period of thirty days.
Delivery
Orders placed on the site https://cimarronjeans.fr/ are processed from Monday to Friday.
The products will be shipped to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process. The CIMARRON JEANS brand cannot be held responsible for possible entry errors and their consequences in terms of delivery delays or errors. In this context, all costs incurred for reshipment will be your responsibility.
The transport agency will be private (ASM, Nacex, Seur, Mrw, etc.), which guarantees that our shipments will always reach customers with the maximum transport guarantees.
Shipping costs in France are €4.95 and free from €100. We also ship to the rest of Europe and the shipping conditions are the same. Shipping costs are €4.95 and free from €100. In Spain and Portugal the shipping costs are €3.95 and free from €89, with the exception of the Balearic Islands, where the shipping costs are €9.95. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Delivery times are 48/72 hours (working days) from the moment the package is sent. The package preparation time before shipping is 1 to 2 days.
All our shipments include comprehensive insurance against loss, breakage or anomalies that may affect the package during transport. It is very important, when you receive the order, to check that the package is not broken, stained or opened, in which case you should not accept it. In this case, please indicate the reason on the delivery note provided by the courier and contact us to inform us and make a new shipment.
CIMARRON JEANS only offers quality, ORIGINAL products guaranteed by first-rate commercial companies. The reception of the products sent and the handling of them to prepare for shipments is done according to a strict quality procedure.
If you are absent when the carrier passes, your package will be dropped off at a relay point near your delivery address. Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender.
The CIMARRON JEANS brand declines all responsibility for delivery delays caused by the absence of the recipient of the package or in the event of absence of collection within the period provided for this purpose.
The CIMARRON JEANS brand cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers.
Concerning delivery problems, any defect or delivery delay exceeding eight working days must be reported to the CIMARRON JEANS brand customer service as soon as possible by e-mail to info@cimarronjeans.fr
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the option of returning the items within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order to the following address:

We agree to take back new, unused items accompanied by the original labels. We invite you to keep the shipping packaging.
We remind you that the return of your item is your responsibility and that no return can be accepted without first contacting the CIMARRON JEANS team indicating Subject - Return CIMARRON JEANS to the following email address:

Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will reimburse you using the same payment method used during your purchase.
Non-compliant products
The customer must make to Customer Service no later than the first working day following delivery, any complaint relating to a delivery error and/or non-conformity of the products in nature or quality in relation to the indications appearing on the order form. (reference error, damaged product, etc.). Any complaint made after this deadline will be rejected without possibility of appeal.

CIMARRON JEANS reserves the right to determine whether the returned product(s) are non-compliant. If the product is non-compliant, CIMARRON JEANS undertakes to:
- Either exchange the product (standard exchange subject to availability or exchange for another item of the same amount) and return it to the Customer (shipping costs payable by CIMARRON JEANS)
- Either reimburse the Customer.
In both cases, the transport costs incurred by the return of the products are only reimbursed in the event of a return justified by the non-conformity of the products delivered.
After-sales service - Repairs
After-sales service intervention framework
The products published on the Site are guaranteed for one year from their date of purchase.
Repair requests are processed within the limits of the after-sales service, that is to say:
- Sewing problems
- Tear in the lining
- Loss or breakage of metal parts (carabiners, rings, rivets, zips, etc.)
- Defective zip
CIMARRON JEANS cannot be held responsible for problems linked to the evolution or deterioration of the leather (discoloration, color transfer, stains, etc.) and cannot undertake any repairs to restore the leather to condition.
Repair requests made beyond six months will be subject to examination by the after-sales service and invoiced according to the degree of intervention necessary, after agreement between the two parties.
Procedure
1- The Customer contacts after-sales service by e-mail at info@cimarronjeans.fr, specifying his contact details, his order number, as well as the problem encountered, with supporting photographs if necessary.
2- The after-sales service examines the request then validates it if it meets the conditions mentioned above.
3- The customer receives a notification of after-sales service agreement by e-mail
Transport costs incurred by returning products are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
CIMARRON JEANS reserves the right to refuse to carry out repairs which do not fall within the scope of the after-sales service or if it is found that the product has only suffered wear and tear over time, that it has been used or improperly maintained or accidentally damaged.
If the request is made within the warranty period, the after-sales service will, as far as possible, repair the defective product, free of charge, and return it to the customer within twenty-one working days following the date of receipt of said product.
Once repaired, the product is returned to the customer at the expense of CIMARRON JEANS.
Special cases
- Replacement leather zip pull: there is no need to return the product. The after-sales service may return the replacement part directly to the customer, by post.
- Carabiner/shoulder strap problem: if the problem encountered only concerns the shoulder strap, it is not necessary to return the bag. The customer can only return the shoulder strap to after-sales service.
Intellectual property
The company CIMARRON JEANS holds the right to distribute the elements appearing in the catalog of the online store and in particular the photographs, for which CIMARRON JEANS has obtained authorization for use.
All elements (drawings, models, illustrations, images, videos, soundtracks, texts, logos, brands, etc.) constituting the site are the property of the company CIMARRON JEANS. In accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, it is prohibited to reproduce in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, to distribute, publish, transmit, modify or sell all or part of the content of the site, or to create derivative works from it.
The CIMARRON JEANS brand and all other brands and logos displayed on the site, whether registered or not, displayed on the site, as well as the domain name “cimarronjeans.fr” is and will remain the property of CIMARRON JEANS. The company CIMARRON JEANS cannot be held responsible, towards the User or a third party, for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or bodily, for any operating loss, profit or turnover, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the products marketed, occurring in any way whatsoever, even if this damage or loss or harm was foreseeable by the company CIMARRON JEANS, or if its possibility had been brought to His attention.
The same applies to any modifications to products resulting from suppliers.
The CIMARRON JEANS company reserves the right to cancel an order following a computer problem, an entry error, an act of hacking or other internal or external malice. Legal guarantee against hidden defects
The products sold on the site are subject to the legal guarantee conditions provided for in articles L 211-4, L 211-5 and L 211-12 of the Consumer Code as well as articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code:
Article 1641 Code Civil
